Integrated information pursuant to (EU) Regulation 2016/679 on the processing of personal data
1. Purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data will be solely processed in the frame of the correct execution of the activities requested.
2. Modality of data processing
a) The data processing is achieved through procedures aimed at the collection, recording, organization, preservation, consultation, modification, selection, elaboration, comparison, use , extraction , interconnection, blocking, disclosure , deletion and destruction of the same;
b) The processing can be carried out on paper and magnetic supports, using manual, electronic and computerized tools, adopting appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data;
c) The processing is carried out by the controller and/or its representatives.
3. Data Communication
The communication of public and sensitive personal data is necessary for the execution of the activities as per point 1.
4. Data communication refusal
A potential refusal by the applicant to communicate general and sensitive personal data as per point 3 above will result in the controller being prevented to fulfil the activities as per point 1 above.
5. Data disclosure
Personal data can be disclosed to the subjects entitled of their processing such as external partners, advisors, technicians and in general to all those public or private entities to whom the disclosure is necessary for the correct fulfilment of the activities as per point 1 above.
6. Data release
Personal data will not be made public.
7. Transfer of data abroad
Personal data can be disclosed within the European Union and other countries which guarantee an adequate level of data protection and in any case for the purposes referred to in point 1.
8. Rights of the person submitting personal data
According to Chapter III of the Regulation the person to whom the personal data refer has the right at all times to obtain confirmation of whether or not such data exist and to be notified of the same in an understandable form, know their origin, purposes, modality and criteria of their processing, to have the details of the controller and of the subjects to whom data may be disclosed. Pursuant to the same article, the person concerned has the right to request updating, modification, integration deletion of the data, their transformation into anonymous form or their blocking if illegally processed, and in any case, to oppose – for legitimate reasons – the handling and treatment of his/her data.
